ABOUT Paco Pozo. Im a highly experienced professional in the film industry, specializing in production and location management, with a career spanning over three decades.  I have worked across a wide variety of genres and formats, feature films, television series, commercials and music videos. Big international projects has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the international production process and adapt to different styles and requirements. I possess extensive technical and logistical knowledge, along with expertise in shoot planning, budget management, coordination with technical and creative departments, and real-time problem-solving. I have the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, motivating, and efficient work environment, also  Im experienced in negotiating permits, contracts, and agreements with location owners, authorities, and vendors. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to collaborate on large-scale productions, leading logistics at iconic locations and managing sizable teams in challenging environments. Commitment to excellence and problem-solving has been key  of the projects I’ve been involved in, always maintaining a professional, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
